Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Prism platform and any related services provided by Petal. By accessing Prism you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts & Access

Administrators are responsible for the actions of everyone in their workspace and for maintaining the security of login credentials.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• We may suspend access if we detect unusual activity that threatens the service or other customers.

Use of Service

Prism is designed for professional customer operations teams. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the platform.

• Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, reselling without permission, uploading malicious code, or using Prism to violate the law.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us the rights required to host and process that content for your organization.
• Feedback may be used to improve Prism without obligation to you, and may be shared in an aggregated, anonymized form.

Payments & Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled per the order form or your billing portal settings.

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, excluding our income taxes.
• Downgrading or cancelling may result in loss of access to certain features at the end of the current term.

Confidentiality & Security

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own data.

• We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with industry best practices.
• You agree not to disclose any non-public details about our platform, pricing, or roadmap.
• If legally compelled to disclose confidential information, the receiving party will provide prompt notice when permitted.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Prism available at all times but may perform scheduled maintenance or respond to emergency incidents.

• We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control (for example, network failures or force majeure events).
• Beta or pre-release features are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of notice.

• We may immediately suspend or terminate access if you violate acceptable use policies or create security risks.
• Upon termination you must stop using Prism and we will delete or return your data according to our Privacy Policy and any data processing addendum.
